Error while running RAP application

Hello,

I have built an application using RAP and preview of Fiori application was working fine. But when I generated Fiori application from BAS and deployed it back into on-premise server, I am getting following error message. Am I missing something in annotations?

Have you checked the SAP Gateway error log (transaction /n/iwfnd/error_log?

There you should see the errornous request.

You can also press F12 in the browser and check the network tab of the developer tools.

Try to clean the metadata cache on your SAP Gateway / SAP Backend system.

Yes, I ran the application by refreshing the cache but the problem persisted!
I created Fiori application in a namespace /HEC4/ and that could be the reason for this. Error log also shows URI violation as shown below:
