Group Reporting architecture view

Hi Team,

Can somebody help me with possibility of below scenario in respect to architecture where base is S/4 Hana on-premise.

a) Connection with Group Reporting S/4 Cloud version

b) Connection with ICMR Cloud version

If yes, how does it has impact the functionality of respective tools?

As per my understanding, S/4 Hana on premise can have GR cloud version with the help of Group Reporting data collection (GRDC).

Please also share any reference if any
