Updated Heirarchy for 0GL_ACCOUNT in BW is not reflecting in RSRT

Dear All,

I am facing an issue, I have created a heirarchy for 0gl_account and it is correctly displayed in RSRT.

After that I made changes in that heirachy (added new Text node), now when I run RSRT , it is showing old heirarchy only, When I click on Genearate query in RSRT , it is showing message as "

Different hierarchies are used for characteristic G/L Account"

Could you please suggest me what to do for display the updated heirarchy

check the following option

1. Check backend table if nodes are added or not

2. export the hierarchy and the delete hierarchy from info object and reload it again

Resolved this issue, after deleting the entire heirarchy and re-created, There is no other ways, if we change any text node in the heirarchy.

Make sure hierarchy is activated. Please check hierarchy is time dependent? if yes then please ensure entered period is within validity range of nodes

The Hierarchy is already in active status and activated mutiple time to make sure,and it is not time dependent.

When I make any changes to hierarchy, it is not displaying the updated hierarchy in BEX/AO reports.

Could any one can help me on this?
