Error during control recipe creation for process order

Hello PP experts,

I get the error messages below when I try to create control recipe for a process orders,knowing that I don't have any process instruction/operation with item number 0000/9999.

HI Ibrahim,

I think the issue is because the characteristic PPPI_INSTRUCTION needs to have some text i.e. instructions to be provide. In this case, you need to maintain a long text for this instruction. Once you maintain the long text, you should be able to generate the control recipe.

First for this order, go to the operations part of the order , select the relevant phase go to the details and the process instruction tab. Go to the relevant process instruction category and select this characteristic and at the bottom there should ideally be a long text icon click that and maintain the long text and try to generate the control recipe it should ideally work.

For permanent solution maintain a text in configuration via O12C, and in master recipe as a default text.

I was checking only the recipe while there are more items in the process order.
