Hello,
Is it please possible to have the planning of the SAP maintenance time ? This will help us to anticipate some actions regarding the interface we have.
Kind regards,
Hi lethisiya.nagendra
I read it as you wish to know the CPI (nowadays BTP) and successfactors maintenance schedule .
My simple answer is there's no such a thing...BUT here comes the twist, you can find "Maintenance and Major Upgrade windows for the applicable SAP Cloud Services" here filtering by integration and successfactors .
The long story is, SAP tend to avoid downtimes in their maintenance windows as described here and, when this happens, they send emails to the first installation user created for your application
Lastly, FYI, you can check the improvements (that im not sure if trigger downtimes..) here
thats it! I think this is my best and final, mark it answered if you like! cheers!A

Hello,
Thank you for your quick answer.
Let me explain my siutation : with my client we are using CPI in order to monitor all the interfaces between Successfactor and the local payroll or active directory. Sometimes CPI is on maintenance, and we wanted to know if it's possible to see when this kind of maintenance usually happens so we can freeze our interfaces and avoid failures.
Let me know if it's a bit clear or not,
Thank you,
