Can I have two people with access to edit or remove a blog

Hello there,

We have started to use the Community Blog for promoting our team and brining awareness of our leadership. So far just one person has been able to publish and edit the current blog. We would need to add a 2nd Admin person who would have the same access. How can we add a 2nd person with the correct authorizations for this.
