Contact Person create button MDGC

Dear Gurus,

My requirement is to hide the Contact Persons UIBB panel. However…

There are some Buttons that I need to use.

So I defined them on the UIBB toolbar.

But, the new "Create" button doesn't work.

I get the following message:

"Current change request type is not usable for hierarchy assignments".

I've noticed there is no place in configuration to provide such an information in UIBB button (which I've found at "panel" button: reltype, category ... :

Any idea?
