change plan activity kp26

Hi All,

question for kp26, my client enter plan activity with kp26 for exemple 80$/h in biginning year, and now he change this rate at 100$/H, so my question how to recalculate the différence in SAP?

with KSP4?

Hello Karim,

I think it’s with KSPI that you will recalculate your new rate. But if they want to change it for a value that they already know (100$), you can change it directly with KP26 or create a LSMW for that.

The concern is more related to the financial impact. If you are using product costing, you use KP26 to establish your standard cost. Now, you change your value. If you reevaluate a product, you will have a new price that can generate new variance. Just confirm that this is in line with the budget orientation of your company and controller understands the impact. And they want 100$. Is it a new monthly price or this is the average they expect for the entire year? If it’s for an average, it’s not 100$ you will need but something like 110$.
