is it possible to delete old versions of a process in order to reduce the revision number?

As soon as you save a BPMN Model, the revision number counts up.

So if I wokr and save I have a higher revision.

I would lik to:

Current Version: Rev 4

Delte Rev 2 and 3

Current REvision is now 2

Is this possible or is there a work around?

Hi,

This is not possible for various reasons (audits, compliance). But there is a workaround if needed: You can copy the model without revisions in order to reset the revision counter.
