Some years of usage of Workflow Accelerator can produce quite some Cases in the workspace. For our workflows we do not have to take into account GDPR, but an unlimited pile-up of old workflow data is not desired either - we want to ensure standard retention policies can be followed which in our company also are defined for different types of data.
I could not find anything that would take care of this in the Signavio Workflow space, so I wonder how you do this.
Ideally, I would set a standard data retention time of x years per wokflow which would automatically delete all (Sub) Cases x years after for example creation or last modification date and be run on a standard interval (e.g. in a nightly or weekend maintenance job) and hav this as a system function.
Looking forward to hear your experiences & thoughts,

We're in the same boat - we need a way to discard data safely

I have asked the same question to SAP Signavio colleagues . At the moment we don't have a feature that would allow to set cases/data retention policies. I am also interested to know if more members of this community have a view on this or have addressed this question before.
