Create Contract from Dales Quote - date fields automatically populated

The customer requested that when opening a Contract from Sales Quote the Ends On field won't be populated automatically.

Currently the system behaviour is to populate the the Ends On date as: Begins On date + 1 day.

Is it possible to change the date to future date like Begins On + 5 mounts ? or keep this field empty (preferred option)?
