I'd like to ask about the job of the workflow specialists. Do organisations that adopt SAP Signavio Process Governance also employ workflow administrators as a full time specialists in the role? If so then what would the competencies, experience and qualifications needed for the job. Finally, where in the company org chart would this role sit?
As we see more companies using SAP Signavio Process Governance, extending the solution across multiple use cases ( more workflows, more configurations and admin, more projects' demand) some are looking to define job profiles and to hiring staff into the role.
