How do others manage reporting out of Signavio to do what if or impact analysis based on process knowledge stored?
We have built a semi-automatic reporting based on Signavio's standard reports in Excel and update it monthly. To do so we implemented some specific process attributes (status, progress in % etc.). It is very similar to the reporting from the CocaCola webinar. It helped us a lot to create transparency for our management and to show progress.

I just looked at the process reporting from Coca Cola. Are there any further details available, what need to be done to build-up such an reporting? Would like to extent our current report, as we just show the progress of published and non-published diagrams over time.
