Missing Tiles After SAPUI5 Version Upgrade

Hi,

We recently upgraded our system's ui5 version to 1.71.28

SAP_UI 754 0006 SAPK-75406INSAPUI User Interface Technology

However, there are times when we login to our Fiori Launchpad, the tiles are missing (though groups names and some tiles is still visible).

* Data blackened out due to company policy.

Refreshing the browser seems to solve the issue however this is a bit annoying for our users who encounter this issue.

We do have a batch job in our system to clear our cache. It triggers the following program to clear cache.

We are not seeing any issues in our console. Is there a missing program that we need to trigger to fix this issue. Or anyone have an idea on what's causing the issue?
