SAP CRM - Adding a new pricing condition type to existing transactions

We have a production system (CRM) with existing sales quotes.

We need to add new pricing conditions to our pricing procedure.

Obviously, the existing transaction in the system won't have these new condition types.

How can I manually/programmatically add the condition types to the existing transactions (item level)?

I would use CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN, but there's too many fields to fill that I wouldn't know (KNUMV, KNUMH, etc)
