Ctrl+Space auto completion is not working on Business Client 7.70 with SAP NetWeaver 7.3 system

Hi!

Ctrl+Space auto completion is not working in ABAP editor on Business Client 7.70 with SAP NetWeaver 7.3 system. Auto completion popup window appears for a split second and disappears, immediately after which the focus is placed to the 'Menu' button.

In the same time Ctrl+Space on SAP NetWeaver 7.5 systems works without errors on Business Client 7.70.

Also Ctrl+Space works without errors on Business Client 7.0 + SAP NetWeaver 7.3.

And exactly the same bug in Business Client 8.00. Stability is a sign of excellence.

If anyone else is facing the same issue, please open an incident if SAP can't resolve the issue without it.

I have exactly the Same problem.
Have you already opened a Ticket for that?

Hi Andrey,

This is definitely a GUI issue -please update to Win GUI 7.70 PL4. If the error still occurs, the GUI colleagues have to look into it via an incident. If so please create a support incident using the category BC-FES-GUI.

Hi Sandra,

I use GUI 7.70 PL4 in fact. And as I wrote before there is no problem with GUI 7.70 in Business Client 7.0 or in SAP GUI standalone (SAP Logon). There's problem only in Business Client 7.70.

Unfortunately I haven't possibilities to open an incident.

Hi Andrey, Yes - it's an issue in the business client, but we will find the solution within GUI. I guess it has been never tested against 7.3. And now it's time to catch up. Thanks to you. What we therefor need is a ticket. Could you create one? Or you Herbert?
