Removing Not Assigned from the Bex Report

Please help me to remove "Not "Assigned " from the report.

The records are coming from the: MATERIAL PRICE GROUP ZKONDM.

I have run the report in t.code RSRT please find below the screenshot for your reference.

Thanks for your information related to the issue.

The below report is prepared to top of the Multi-provider, there is no issue found in the Multi-provider all the records are displayed.

when the report Order Details is run on the T.code RSRT the "Not Assigned" shows the Material Pricing Group" field.

My client do not want to see "Zeros' or empty space, please help to resolve the issue.

Hi sanjeevekumar,

The above note explains the same. If you don’t want to show ‘Not Assigned’ text in report & show something else instead, please maintain the text for Material Pricing Group info object just for the blank record, by default it is ‘Not assigned’. But you can change it to whatever text you want to show in the report.

And if you don’t want to even show the rows then place a filter in your report with restriction Matrial Pricing Group <> ‘#’. This way you can show just the records where material pricing group is not blank.
