How to crate a Automatic Change Request for Supplier -MDGS

We have requirement to create CR from external system(Salesforce) along with attachment(CR attachments).

Will get the attachments from salesforce system along with entity data.

how to achieve this?

Experts please help me on this.

Do you have any middleware between SFDC and SAP MDG Hub client? If yes, then you can configure SOA service and within the middleware the respective mappings needs to be carried between SOA services attibtues and SFDC XSD / WSDL file.

When you say attachments are you referring to Documents which you would like to attach?

Hi Tilak,

I guess you might have to connect SFDC to one of the DMS systems and the SAP system should also be integrated with DMS systems which will have the document reference in the payload of the service.
