Message sent successful via postman but not appearing in message monitoring

Hi ,

I am sending 4MB file to SCPI iflow .It is sent successful via postman however, I could not find any entry in message monitoring.
After this POST if I am trying any another POST no message is coming to message monitoring.

Is this due to tenant resources are limited ? In Access logs I could find :
