Adding button to ALV Tool bar

How can I add a button in the tool bar of my ALV report without using oops, I have used REUSE_ALV_GRID_DISPLAY for my report. It would be helpful if you provide a detailed steps to do the same as I am a fresher and most of the answers I found are very complicated!
