SAP S4HANA: insert many rows into SM30

Dear, actually i can insert only 23 rows at a time via SM30 to maintain tables.
I have to copy 10.000 rows from an Excel.
Do you know if is there a way to insert more rows?
My collegue suggested me to phisically turn my PC screen and change display from horizontal to Landscape!
