Exception message reorder point planning not triggered

Hi experts,

I am currently testing the Reorder point and PD MRP types for our customer.
Does someone know why no exception message is triggered for the purchase order in this case?
As the PO would come in to late now to fullfill the need of the order reservation.

When using PD the exception message is triggered.
Is there no way to trigger exception messages while using reorderpoint planning?

Customizing
