Transport Requests are not getting imported for any infoprovider(DSO/IC) for DAPA object

Hi ,

I am working on NLS archiving project .I am coming across a roadblock where my TRs are not getting transported from DEV to Q system .

I have tried the approach of deletion of ADK and Creation of NLS DAP in one TR and i am getting the error as below :

I tried the approach of delete request transport first and then creation of DAP as suggested in this blog :https://blogs.sap.com/2019/07/25/sap-bw-near-line-storage-nls-issues-solutions/.But still i am getting the below error :

My SAPIQ DB connection is working fine in both the systems ,so that possibility is ruled out too.

Are there some steps which I am missing while doing this .Since we have basis team for importing transports I dont know the backend of it .

Please help as there are strict deadlines .
