SAC Model - Dimension replacement (after copy)

Dear Community,

regarding removal of dimensions from SAC data model after copy, I/we found it difficult to delete (SAP delivered dimension) and add (Custom dimension) from/to data model in Analytics Cloud, see below/attached. Kindly advise.
