[DWC] How to assign users into table in space?

Hi,

I have a requirement about the local table#A must be updated by only user#1.

How can I assign user#1 in table#A in DWC and only he can edit data?

Note: I don't need other members in space access to table#A too.

Please enlighten me if you know how to do this.
