how manager will approved the access Request Rithout login SAP

hi all,

kindly help me on above question

suppose End user has submit one Access Request for Role assignment and this request is with manager/role owner for approval.

manager/role owner will type only " Approved " comment on mail without login SAP System.

then how the system will know that request is approved by manager./role owner.
