s/4 hana cloud to sap business objects universe/webi connection

I am trying to connect on premise business objects system to s/4 hana cloud system using olap connection. All the documentation i found was with "s/4 hana" but does not mention "s/4 hana cloud".Let me know if any one did setup or has links to documentation for "s/4 hana cloud" and what type of sap account needs to created. Currently i am getting error partner not reached error but ping to the server is successful
