Need documentation for UFT14.03 and SolMan 7.2 Integration from Scratch

Anyone have any detailed documentation to integrate UFT 14.03 and SolMan 7.2 which includes all the PreRequisite required like how to create TestProfiles, how to create TestConfiguration and any other pre-requisite.
