Storage location

Hi experts,

I have a question, when I am checking plant storage location using T001L table for a plant, plant shows different five slocs, but if I check via spro-enterprise structure in material management- maintain storage location node. It only shows two slocs. Why?. From where system pulling extra location in T001L.
