missing digital certification badge

I cleared the Certification 30 Dec but i have not received my Digital badge or any link from the credly Acclaim link.

Can someone please guide on what can be done in this case.

Hello, i have cleared the certification on 5th April 2024. However have not received my digital badge mail yet. Could you please help me what should i do next? Thank you.
