Pricing Procedure

Dear SAP Gurus,

I wants to create a PO, and add freight charge at header level only.

Scenario Line 1 material cost is 100 INR and Qty- 5 no's & Line 2 material cost is 200 INR and qty- 2 no's and each line item GST 18% is also included and now wants to add freight charge 200rs on total value, not line item wise , so in this case my requirement is Total price should be = 118*5+ 236*2+200 = 1262 INR. Also on freight charge GST is not included.

So Total net order value should be 1262 INR must come at header level.

Please let me know how to achieve this
