Word "No" in org chart success factors

In the 2021 release of success factor I realized that in the org chart appears "No" between position number and job title...what the word "No" means?

Dear Liliana,

Depending on your configuration, the expression "No" in the position tile could be allocated to different fields (eg. "To Be Hired", "Position Criticality").

Please go to the Admin Center and choose Company Settings Org Chart Configuration to check your current configuration and open the Position Organization Chart tab to ensure about the correct field associated with this "No".
