How to use CONVERSON_EXIT_ABPSN_INPUTin RAP (Restful ABAP) ?

I wanted to use this conversion exit CONVERSON_EXIT_ABPSN_INPUT but unfortunately, I am not able to.
So, is there anyone who can help me out?
My requirement is to show the Project WBS Element in 'U-MXXXXXXX'
