The VBKD-BSARK is not exchanged from CRM to R/3

Hi,

I found a note 710149 which says that the exchange of the R/3 VBKD-

BSARK field to CRM field CATAGORY is possible from R/3 to CRM. But in

our scenario we need to send this from CRM to R/3.

Can someone pls suggest how to enable the exchange of the field"catagory" from CRM to R/3.

Hi,

Can you please tell me how to debug this BADI. It seems that because of asynchronus call I am not able to stop at this perticular method.

I have created a sales order & put the debugging on then saved the order In debugger mode in setting I checked the box "In the background task: Do not process". given the breakpoint on this perticular method. But still I am not able to stop there.

Can some body please help me out to debug the order transaction.

Create an external loop within the code and debug it from the process overview.

put this code in the method of the Badi:

data: lv_exit.

do.

if not lv_exit is initial.

exit.

endif.

enddo.

Create the order, find the process in transaction sm50 and debug from there.

Hello Ajay,

Thanks for your help. Just to add, the right method for this issue was Method "CRM_DATAEXCH_AFTER_BAPI_FILL" not "CRM_DATAEXCH_AFTER_MBDOC_FILL ".

With this I am able to send the CATEGORY field to R/3 system.

Hi Vikash,

Hope you have implemented BADI as per note 710149 including the code for mapping of the CRMC_ACT_CATEGOR and T176 tables. This note talks about code additions in METHOD CRM_DATAEXCH_R3D_MBDOC_FILL which gets triggered during inbound processing i.e from R/3 to CRM.

Now we have another method in the same BADI called CRM_DATAEXCH_AFTER_MBDOC_FILL which gets triggered during outbound processing i.e. from CRM to R/3. I think this is what is desired in your case. Please have code additions in similar lines of note 710149 in this method and try if this works.
