Not able cancel Sales Order SAP Business One HANA

Dear all,

User have created sales order and allocated batch. After created sales order , user have made pick list and by mistake close it.

Now, User want to try to close OR cancel the sales order but SAP is not allow to do that.

Help me on this. SAP Business One HANA

SAP Error like : Internal error (-5002) occurred [Message 131-183]
