Wrong Defect Quantity Posted

Today mistakenly I'm posted 4 No's Defect quantity instead of 1 No. in QM01 & created notification for the 4 No's Defect & notification saved.

Also,Defect quantity posted in Rejection warehouse.

Please suggest how to reverse or correct Defect quantity in QM01.

Hello,

You can check the material document using which the stock is posted. and then cancel the material document.
