How does one get an over of which employee fulfilled which order?

Hi Experts,

After MRP run, planned order is created and conversion to production order is carried out.

After the PO release and PO operation the overview about assigned employees is missing for quality checks and productivity checks.

Would someone be able to help me understand a way where I can find the operator overview where I can find the employee who did which orders?
