QM activation for Production order(semi finished goods)

We want to inspect the semi finished product with respect to production order.

One production order we are producing 200 batches, each batch having 1500KG.

When starting the production initially all the batches should move to quality stock till inspection, user ramedly picks any batch/bag and performs the inspection, after the inspection all the batches should move to unrestricted stock.

We don't want to inspect all the batches. We want to inspect only one time/batch with respect to production order.

Using the Dynamic modification rule we can restrict 5th or 10th or 1 to 10 batches but that is not matching our requirements.

We want to restrict all the batches till performing the inspection after the inspection all the batches should move to unrestricted.

Please let us know how to implement this methodology in the S4 Hana 7.60 version.

It will be very helpful to implement the QC.

Below steps I performed for normal inspection.

MM02-> active the QM for Inspection Type-4

Create the inspection Plan, usage-5 & status-4

Maintain the inspection Plan.

Once GR done for 101 movement lot triggered inspect in QA32
