Synthetic User monitoring for BTP application

Is there a way to enable Synthetic User monitoring for BTP application?

the question is, does Synthetic user monitoring support authentication methods besides basic authentication? at the moment, our BTP based application is using two factor authentication method, if we put user name password as basic authentication of technical user from focused run, it will be routed to 2nd factor input screen automatically.
