COD1 output type to send sales order creatation notification to C4C (CPQ)

Hi,

COD1 is partner independent output type, provided by SAP.

When CPQ sends request to create sales order COD1 output used to send back notification to CPQ for successful creation.

Not able to maintain condition record in VV11

If i maintain COD1 output manually then it is working,

Please help if you can.

Hi,

I'm sharing with you the complete configuration made on COD4 for order replication:

PROGRAM: RCOD_OUTPUT_COD4

ROUTINE FORM: ALE_PROCESSING

If you do not see any COD4 standard message on NACE-V1, please create a new one and copy what I did..

It should work.. Let me know

Hi, Thanks for this.

I debugged this error, and found that system is converting '' to 'XX'

Because of conversion at domain level,

i raised same to SAP, and waiting to be resolved.

It should not matter which standard CODx you are using... it should work...

Can you please share a screenshot of COD1 configuration?

I have done a test using NACE and V1 standard message 'COD4' and it works...

Have you tried to save and exit and then verify existing records?

Yes, do check that. but still getting same error.

And i also checked, there is no COD4 output in my system. Are you using COD4 for sales order creation notification?
