The "Post Incoming Payment" Fiori app (F1345) in the cloud release 2111 should have a "Create Dispute" button at the top right of the screen. I can see it in a test system but not in Q system. Is there a config setting to activate this button? Or is this tied to a role?
In a related question, the answer was to activate the business function for FSCM, but I do not see this as a configuration activity in the cloud.
SAP responded to a ticket saying that the scope item (BFC) for disputes must be configured in order for the button to display. Note: this scope item requires an additional license.
