SAP CRM Loyalty Management - Duplicate member merging

Anyone worked on merging anonymous member with existing member in SAP CRM Loyalty Management. In case customer forget his card and ask for new card at store ( POS has only Card ID as search criteria) and later he perform member activity (earning) which create him as anonymous customer with some general attributes. Now the customer would later asked for merging his existing account with his anonymous account with the new card he got at store.

Is there any standard way of doing it which could merge both the customers and update the card. I know point balance could be updated with accrual member activity but what about those transactions he performed while being anonymous ( for reporting)

I know its an old solution, but would really appreciate any lead. My client wants to implement this solution. Thanks in advance.
