Hello Experts,
My customer has a requirement of creating a Service Order with start and end dates in the past. Essentially it is updating the system today with something that happened in the past. For example, I can create Sales Orders, Deliveries etc today in August with dates in June. Similarly customer needs to create a Service Order today with start and end dates in past.

Setting the requested start date into the past is not supported in the quick create UI. My recommendation is to create a Service Order without any items and in the "Edit Service Order" app you can set the requested start date into the past.
