IAH Adapter is not getting IP Server after copy from Productive to Sandbox system

Hello

I have a issue on communication the Basis Team they was created a copy system from productive but for the adapter IAH is not working on communication channel because the serve and port of QA system are ignored. the messages continues trying to post on Production system.

After reviewing the logs in the SAP PI system, I can see this connection still trying to connect to the productive system.

Also I try to put a server that does not exist and still ignores it, also already check if there is any condition in ICO that forces to make this connection but I do not see any constant. also in java mapping because this mapping is used but nothing constant.

Is there someone who can help me with some information that i may need to review.
