Auto PO workflow configuration

Hello SAP Team,

As per Business requirement, Auto PO workflow configuration has to be done on ABAP System (SAP ERP 6.0 EHP7 SPS12) by using Fiori Apps,

please help us by providing the details for the following queries:

• What are the required components to be installed on ABAP system?
• Implementation methodologies.
• Prerequisites and dependencies to be consider.

Dear customer,

First of all, please, let me clarify that flexible workflow (the workflow that is configured in fiori apps) is only available for S/4Hana. For ERP this is not available, and you can only use classic workflow, which does not have "automatic approval" or fiori configuration option. In order to approve classic workflows in fiori ERP you will need to use "Approve purchase orders" fiori app. You can find the prerequisites and installation steps in the following fiori library link:

If you have a S/4 hana system, you can configure flexible workflow for it, by following the steps in the next fiori library entry:
