SAP C4C data source not showing description in SAC

Hi All,

I have created KUT field which has key and values (code/description). I have added the field in standard tickets data source in extension tab. In SAC, only code is shown. description is not shown. Do I need to do anything additional to enable the description in C4C or SAC.
