How to make below LOCATION field is Non-Mandatory in Cost centre master T-code KS01, KS02

You must know first why in the first place they made it mandatory. Removing that field from being obligatory/mandatory might impact some of your reporting requirements if its left blank.

You may check with your technical team if there has been a BAdI (Business Add-In) that was implemented to make the Location a mandatory field.

You may have a screen variant making location mandatory. Check in SHD0 if there's a screen variant for KS01.
