Morning all.
I am trying to create new users via PartnerEdge Launchpad / SAP For Me. After I enter the user's email address, it hangs for a long time, eventually returning to allow me to enter a Permission. However, when I hit Save, it hangs completely, never to return. Tried a couple of different browsers, and tried accessing the Manage My Users function via Launchpad and SAP For Me.
Note that I can edit an existing user (and add additional permissions / roles), just not able to create a new user.
I can see that there appears to be a known issue with delays in User Management, but this appears to date back to July 2021.
This issue is now resolved. The advice was to clear my cache, login via S-user (rather than email), etc. While these may have helped isolate the issue, my instinct is that the issue was within the validate user procedure (given the error message re. internal error in duplicate check, and the fact that a colleague had the exact same issue using different browser, etc.). Anyway, resolved now - thanks for your support and advice.
