Update: Issue Resolved. Solution present in SAP NOTE 2821566
We are currently on SOLMAN 7.2 SPS 9.
While recently working on a ticket, I found out that Solution Manager doesn't save text log for more than 21 entries.
Here is a screen with 21 Text Log Entries.
After Clicking "Add Text" -> Description (Or Any Other Sub Field), Editable Text Box Appears
On Clicking the save button, text appears on screen, but when I reopen the ticket, it disappears.

Entry 22 wasn't saved in the Database (I followed this SAP Blog Post to check Solman Text Entries in DB)
