BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST GL with Asset info

Dear all,

I'm using BAPI_ACC_DOCUMENT_POST to post to a GL Account (KOART = S) with ASSET info. We need this info on the GL Document even if it is a P&L Account.

Checking in DEBUG ACCOUNT_GL structure is correctly filled with asset and asset sub-number. However after posting the document the asset information is empty in the document.

Anyone has any idea why and if this is standard?

Hello Arya,

i do not wish to post to a Asset Reconciliation Acount (KOART = A). I wanted to post to a GL Account Account type S with Asset info on the item (BSEG-ANLN1).

I already confirmed this is not possible.

KOART should be equal to A , if you are posting with Asset Info , S is for General Ledger account type
